Ingredients

Pangasius

  • 4 pangasius fillets
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 3 tbsp butter

Cucumber yoghurt

  • 15cm cucumber (peeled, deseeded)
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • chives
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions / directions

Pangasius

  1. Bread the fillets by dipping the fish into the flour, then in the egg and then breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry the fish in butter in a pan on a medium/high heat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.

 

Cucumber yoghurt

  1. Dice the cucumber into small pieces. Put the cucumber in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice or potatoes.
