Pangasius fillet, fried with spinach filled pasta rolls for 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 4 pangasius fillets, defrosted
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • Spinach-filled pasta rolls:
  • 4 lasagna plates, fresh or pre-cooked
  • 1 yellow onion, peeled and chopped
  • 200 grams of fresh spinach, washed
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 dl cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions / directions

Dip the fish in the flour. Fry the fish golden brown in butter and oil.

 

Spinach-filled pasta rolls

Fry the onion and spinach softly in the butter. Add the pine nuts and salt and pepper.

Add one click of spinach mixture to each lasagna plate. Roll up to 4 rolls and place them on a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake the pasta rolls for about 10 minutes – 175 ° C.
