Pizza with vannamei shrimp



  • 100 g vannamei shrimp, raw, size 71/90
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • pizza base
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • Optional topping: e.g. mozzarella, tomato, green pepper, basil

Tomato saus

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tblp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • ½ tbsp thyme
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt and pepper

Instructions / directions

Mix olive oil, pressed garlic, sriracha, lemon juice, shrimp and leave in the fridge for at least one hour.

Preheat the oven to 225 C. Fry pepper, paprika and garlic in olive oil. Add the other ingredients for the tomato sauce and let the sauce cook for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper. 

Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza base, put some olive oil on the crust to give it colour. Sprinkle with cheese, shrimp and optional toppings. Bake the pizza in the middle of the oven for 8-10 minutes. Garnish with for example tomato and basil.
