Ingredients

  • 1 slice of ASC certified smoked salmon
  • 1 slice of whole grain bread
  • 1 teaspoon cream cheese
  • 10 stalks of chives
  • Black peppercorns
  • Radish and cucumber (for decoration)

Instructions / directions

Toast a slice of bread. Cut a fish shape from  the sandwich. Spread the fish-shaped bread with cream cheese.

Cut the smoked salmon into four strips. Cut a wider piece for the tail. Place the salmon on the slice of bread. Make a tail from the wider piece.

Place the stalks of chives close to the salmon strips. Use a peppercorn for the eye.
