Salmon croquettes for 4 persons


  • 250 g Atlantic salmon, fillet without skin, boneless, 125g
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • zest of lemon
  • parsley (for garnish)
  • pepper and salt

Instructions / directions

Mash the potatoes with a fork. Add a knob of butter, milk, lemon zest, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the salmon and chopped parsley to the mash. Roll small croquettes. Panfry the croquettes in oil for 5 minutes until golden brown. Keep warm in a hot oven. Serve with fried parsley and a salad.
