Salmon lasagna for 4 persons

Ingredients

  • 60 g Atlantic salmon, boneless
  • 200 g Black Tiger seawater shrimp, 16/20, raw, peeled
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 white leek
  • 200 g carrots chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g flour
  • 25 cl fish stock
  • 25 cl lobster bisque
  • 25 cl cream
  • 10 cl white wine
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 15 lasagne sheets
  • 200 g grated cheese
  • cayenne pepper
  • pepper and salt

Instructions / directions

Preheat the oven to 200 C. Stew onion, garlic, leeks, carrots in olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add white wine, marjoram, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.

Take an oven dish and cover the bottom with 1/3 of the lasagne sheets. Add the vegetables, salmon and shrimp to the sauce. Cover the lasagne sheets with 1/3 of the sauce. Repeat the operation and finish with a layer of lasagne sheet and sauce. Cover with grated cheese. Bake for 45 minutes in a hot oven. Serve immediately.
