Salmon with parmesan crust and green lettuce for 4 persons
- 4 Atlantic salmon, fillet without skin, boneless, 150g
- coarse sea salt
- ground Parmesan cheese
- bread crumbs
- olive oil
Instructions / directions
For the crumble: mix the grated Parmesan cheese with the bread crumbs and add olive oil.
Seasoned the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, place in a baking tray and cover with the crumble. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12 to 15 minutes. Arrange the salmon on the plates and garnish with rocket. Serve with tagliatelle with pestoPrint
