Smoked trout fillet with fresh salad of quinoa and sour apple for 2 persons
- 1 smoked trout, fillet, 125g
- 100 g quinoa
- 2 dl vegetable stock
- 1 green apple
- 200 g green herbs
- 100 g watercress
- olive oil
- sushi vinegar
Instructions / directions
Cook the quinoa in stock and season with olive oil, sushi vinegar, pepper and salt. Cut some of the green herbs and add to the quinoa. Peel the green apple, cut into fine dices and add to the mix.
Boil the herbs and watercress in salted water until done, then rinse in cold water and mix in the thermomix. Season with sishocress and black sesame. Serve in a bowl.Print
