Daisuke has been working in the sustainable seafood industry since he opened a MSC/ASC certified restaurant in 2015, the first certified restaurant in Japan. After running the restaurant, he was engaged to executive work and activities that included various stages from production sites to the final consumer sites as a business engagement manager at Seafood Legacy, a sustainable seafood consulting company.
